Deborah Ductant is an associate of Mamone Villalon. As an experienced litigation and trial attorney, she focuses her practice on business disputes including contract and shareholder disputes among other areas of law. Prior to joining Mamone Villalon, Deborah was an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office. While at the State Attorney’s Office she tried countless high profile felony jury and bench trials and argued numerous motions where she gained invaluable trial experience and litigation skills.
Deborah is a South Florida Native and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She graduated with the highest honors, summa cum laude. While attending NSU Law, she was a senior associate editor of the Nova Law Review Journal, she was also a member of the NSU Trial Association, and vice president of the Business Transactional Practice Group. While in law school, she was an honor student intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
