Edgar Sirenord is a senior associate at Mamone Villalon’s downtown office. Edgar dedicates and concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, and Business and Corporate law matters.
Prior to working at Mamone Villalon, Edgar conducted Examinations Under Oath (EUO) on behalf of insurers in the investigation of PIP/No-Fault insurance claims. Edgar has handled cases from inception through all phases of the litigation process including preparation for trial and use of alternative dispute resolution methods when necessary. Edgar has also gained pre-trial preparation and strategy experience in criminal court. He served as a former Assistant Public Defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office. He also served as a legal intern at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel Third Region in Miami, U.S. Attorney’s Office Department of Justice, Southern District of Florida and University of Miami School of Law’s Children and Youth Law Clinic as well as other prominent Florida firms.
